universal 是通用镜像，包含所有功能，可以按需够买授权，激活就能用，无需更换镜像，常见的license有LAN Base，IP Base和IP Services 。
ipbase的镜像其实就是包含了ipbase功能的独立镜像。使用起来跟“universal镜像+ipbase授权”是一样的，区别在于如果你想升级到其他license的话，必须更改镜像，重启设备。
servicesk9比basek9多了完整的三层路由特性支持，没看到有universal版本。
升级的话，将文件复制到flash，改boot system flash:/xyz.bin，wr mem重启就行了。
